Measurements you take at home
Several posts describe measurements you can take yourself — grip strength, resting heart rate, post-meal glucose and others. A home reading taken with a consumer device is not a clinical result. Treat it as a trend to watch, and take it to a clinician if it worries you or if a post tells you it’s outside a normal range.
